These materials are for the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Smartemis AG, which will be held in Luzern, Switzerland on Thursday, December 5th, 2024.

Posted here are:

• the official invitation with the agenda items as well as the proposals of the Board of Directors for the meeting which are set forth for approval (discharge) by the shareholders, and
• the Management Report with the 2023 financials.

Only the listed agenda items (all of which relate to the 2023 financial year) will be included at the Annual General Meeting.
I note that the financial performance of Smartemis is consistent with expectations and our Board-approved budget.
